2月20日讯 距阿尔维斯涉嫌性侵被捕已经一个月，据加泰媒体Ara报道，阿尔维斯再度改口，称自己才是性侵犯的受害者。
阿尔维斯首先表示自己根本不认识所谓的受害者，阿尔维斯在最近提交的一份新报告中为自己频繁更改供词辩解，阿尔维斯表示：“其实我是想保护那名女士。”
阿尔维斯说自己当时正在厕所，然后那名女士未经过他的同意走了进来，并对自己进行了口X，所以自己才是性侵犯的受害者。球员补充道：“她直接向我走来，我没有碰那个女孩”。但这其实与警方搜集到的DNA样本以及监控证据相悖。
