代理服务收费标准		本项目采购代理服务费参照《招标代理服务收费管理暂行办法》（计价【2002】1980号）、《国家发展改革委办公厅关于招标代理服务收费有关问题的通知》（发改办价格【2003】857号）等相关文件计取。成交公示结束后二日内，成交供应商应全额支付上述款项。逾期支付，应按照采购代理机构与采购人签订的委托代理合同的约定由成交供应商支付滞纳金（相关取费文件可在本项目采购代理机构的网站下载）。如成交，任何以误解或不明等为理由而进行的拒付、降价或索赔等主张都将被拒绝。此类行为如影响后续备案工作顺利进行的，视为自动放弃成交资格，其投标保证金将被没收。
