3.本项目的特定资格要求：
合同包1(职教中心校园文化建设健身广场改造工程)特定资格要求如下:
(1)供应商须具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包三级以上（含三级）资质和有效的安全生产许可 证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力
(2)须配备项目经理1人，具备二级及以上注册建造师执业资格证书（建筑工程专业）及有效的安全生产考核合格证书；技术负责人1人，具备建筑工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书或建筑工程专业注册建造师执业资格；施工员、质量员、安全员各1人，具备建筑工程相关专业岗位证书，安全员具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，以上所有证书均应证企相符。注：退休人员，需提供返聘合同、退休证等佐证材料。
