①法定代表人授权书（附法定代表人、被授权人身份证复印件）及被授权人身份证（法定代表人直接参加投标，须提供法定代表人身份证明及身份证原件）；②投标人须具有电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或输变电工程专业承包三级及以上资质或建筑机电安装工程专业承包二级及以上资质；且具有有效的安全生产许可证；③投标人须具有《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证》（承装四级、承修四级、承试四级及以上资质）；④投标人拟派项目经理须具有机电工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师证，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证，且无不良信用记录，无在建工程（提供书面承诺）；⑤本项目不接受联合体投标（提供书面声明）。
