3.本项目的特定资格要求：

合同包1(合同一包)特定资格要求如下:

（1）提供合格有效的法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件，自然人的身份证明；？
（2）法定代表人参加开标的，须提供法人身份证明书并出示本人身份证原件（并与营业执照上信息一致）；法定代表人授权他人参加的，须提供法定代表人授权书并出示被授权人的身份证原件及本公司已缴纳的至少三个月社保证明；
（3）财务状况报告：提供近三年的财务审计报告（至少包括资产负债表和利润表，成立时间至提交投标文件截止时间不足一年的可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表），或其基本存款账户开户银行出具的资信证明及基本存款账户开户许可证；
（4）税收缴纳证明：提供投标文件递交截止日前一年内已缴纳的至少三个月的纳税证明或完税证明（任意税种），依法免税的单位应提供相关证明材料；？
